Venue Details
Applications are verified before going live. An email address on your venue's own domain is the quickest way for us to confirm it is really you.
You must select your venue from the Google list so members can find your exact location on the map.
Members who cannot attend will not see your venue anywhere on the platform. Events at your venue keep their own age settings.

The important bits, before you join.

  • £35.00 a month. Your first payment is taken today, then it renews automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time. You keep your membership until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day you join to cancel for any reason, or no reason, and we refund what you paid in full. No questions asked, and never a charge for the days you used.
  • After that, seven days each month. Any monthly payment can be refunded in full if you ask within seven days of it being taken, and not after. It is all or nothing, and you get refunded, and we cover any fees, because we're nice like that. See the Refund Policy.
  • When you sell tickets, we keep 5% of the ticket price, or Stripe's card fee for that payment if it is higher (1.5% + 20p on a UK card), as our commission, and you receive the rest directly into your own Stripe account. We pay Stripe's processing fee out of our share. Our commission is inclusive of VAT where VAT applies. If a ticket is refunded, you cancel an event, or we have to remove one that breaks our rules, your buyer gets every penny back and we return our 5% to you, minus Stripe's card fee on that sale, which Stripe never gives back. That fee is the one cost that sits with you.

Even if you have a coupon, or you are a test account or an early bird account that doesn’t have to pay right now, you still need to go through the Stripe card verification process that’s coming next, or your account will not be processed. It is a verification step, you can’t just skip it and then still expect a membership on the platform as many have. If you don’t want to give your bank details, fair enough, but you don’t get an account because then we can’t tell if you’re a bot or not. It’s just a security measure to protect the site, we don’t keep your bank details.
