You must be 13 or over to join. Your date of birth is private, we only use it to show age-appropriate matches, and to keep the community safe.

Before you join, the important bits

  • £35.00 a month, first month free. Your first payment is taken when the free month ends, then it renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time. You keep your membership until the end of the period you have paid for (or of your free month), and you are not charged again.
  • Changed your mind? You have 14 days from joining in which cancelling is completely free: nothing is charged inside that window, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to claim back. See the Refund Policy.
  • When you sell tickets, we keep 5% of the ticket price as our commission and you receive the other 95% directly into your own Stripe account. Stripe deducts its own processing fee separately. Our 5% is inclusive of VAT where VAT applies.

Even if you have a coupon, or you are a test account or an early bird account that doesn’t have to pay right now, you still need to go through the Stripe card verification process that’s coming next, or your account will not be processed. It is a verification step, you can’t just skip it and then still expect a membership on the site as many have. If you don’t want to give your bank details, fair enough, but you don’t get an account because then we can’t tell if you’re a bot or not. It’s that simple.
