About this event
A proper pub quiz in the front bar of The Dolphin, right on the Barbican harbour. Turn up on your own and we will put you in a team, or bring three friends and make your own.
Six rounds, a music round nobody agrees on, and a picture round that is harder than it looks. The quiz runs about two hours with a break in the middle so you can actually talk to the people you have been sat next to.
It is a proper old Barbican pub: no screens, no music over the top, just conversation and a bit of competition.
What to expect
- Doors at 7pm, first question at 7:30pm sharp
- Six rounds with a break at the halfway point
- We finish around 9:30pm; the pub stays open after
- Come alone and we will put you on a team
Where you'll be
- Transport2 min walk from the Barbican; 20 min from Plymouth station on foot
- ParkingNo car park. Nearest is Guildhall or Theatre Royal multi-storey, both about 8 min walk
- AccessLevel entry from the Barbican, no step at the door. No accessible toilet - the toilets are down a narrow staircase
