Sub-Processors

This page lists the third-party services that process personal data to run UK Socials, what each receives, and where they are. Each processes data only on our instructions, under contract terms that require them to protect it. Our Privacy Policy Β§5 explains the full picture.

We update this page when a processor is added, removed or changed. A change that materially affects how your data is handled is notified at least 14 days ahead by internal message.

Active processors

Software running on our own servers

These do not receive your data externally; they are software processing it inside our own infrastructure: WordPress core, BuddyPress (the member system), Paid Memberships Pro (subscription billing logic), and the platform’s own first-party plugins. What we do not use

  • No advertising networks, and no marketing or social-media tracking pixels of any kind
  • No data brokers, in either direction: we neither buy data about you nor sell data about you
  • No AI or machine-learning training on member content, ours or anyone else’s
  • No analytics that identify individual members

When this list changes

Material changes (a new processor, a change of hosting provider): notified at least 14 days ahead by internal message and reflected here. Routine changes (a processor renames itself): reflected here without notification.
